Based on recent sightings of test vehicles, the 2026 Tata Tiago EV is set to receive a series of aesthetic revisions. The updates include a redesigned set of headlamps, modified front and rear bumpers, and new alloy wheel designs. To further distinguish the facelift, Tata is expected to introduce a revised palette of exterior color options.

The interior will likely see a technological upgrade to maintain competitiveness. Key anticipated changes include:

  • A larger touchscreen infotainment interface.
  • A modernized two-spoke steering wheel design.
  • A revised digital instrument cluster.
  • New upholstery and interior trim finishes.

Mechanically, the Tiago EV is expected to remain consistent with the current model. It will likely continue to offer the 19.2kWh and 24kWh battery configurations, providing claimed ranges of 250km and 315km, respectively. The higher-capacity variant is capable of reaching 100km/h from a standstill in 5.7 seconds, with a governed top speed of 120km/h.

2026 Tata Punch EV: Potential Range Extension

The upcoming Punch EV facelift will focus on enhancing the feature list and potentially expanding the powertrain capabilities. While the sub-compact SUV will retain its 25kWh and 35kWh battery options, reports suggest Tata may integrate the 45kWh battery pack currently utilized in the Nexon EV. Such an upgrade could provide the Punch EV with a driving range exceeding 450km on a single charge.

Inside the cabin, the facelifted Punch EV is expected to adopt several premium features, including:

  • An upgraded infotainment system and premium sound hardware.
  • A 360-degree camera system for improved maneuverability.
  • Updated seat materials and interior accents.

In terms of physical footprint, the vehicle is expected to remain unchanged. It maintains a length of 3857mm, a width of 1742mm, and a height of 1633mm, supported by a 2445mm wheelbase. Both upcoming EV models will continue to support AC and DC fast charging standards.
