While the majority of the variants have seen an upward revision of Rs. 20,000, the manufacturer has maintained the entry-level price point for the base model, ensuring the range continues to start below the Rs. 10 lakh mark.

The 2.0-litre turbo-petrol engine offers four-wheel drive as an optional configuration, whereas the 1.5-litre diesel is dedicated to the two-wheel-drive setup.

Following the Rs. 20,000 hike, the ex-showroom prices for the Thar now range from Rs. 9.99 lakhs to Rs. 17.19 lakhs. The AXT Diesel 2WD variant is the only model exempt from the increase, holding steady at Rs. 9.99 lakhs. In contrast, the top-tier LXT Diesel 4WD AT has reached a new ceiling of Rs. 17.19 lakhs. This uniform increase across the rest of the ladder reflects the brand’s current pricing strategy for its lifestyle SUV segment.
